Reflections Beyond The Water

I have been reading through a lot of blogs, many of them dealing with autism. It is almost information overload...

We all want to do what is best for our children.. when my son was diagnosed with autism.. I jumped on the bandwagon of Autism speaks and their walk for autism research...well I wish i would have done a little more research..prenatal testing for Autism...I look at my son and why on earth would anyone ever consider??
But what really, really made me wake up was the video...Autism Everyday..I wanted to shake those families and say stop whining enjoy your special child...yes it can be a struggle...and it will always be a struggle if you let it...wake up and see the wonder and beauty that is autism...okay stepping off the soap box at least for now....
